About
Retail Revival Ltd launched in 2009 and quickly established a reputation for delivering creative solutions to modern issues affecting Britain’s high streets. We enjoy delivering a frenetic and varied portfolio of contracts for an extensive client base.
Retail Revival is led by Sally Williams who is supported by a team of gifted industry experts.
Sally Williams is a fifth generation retailer; after completing her English degree at the age of 21 she opened her first shop selling sportswear. In 1991 she became a training manager with a national sports retailer providing bespoke courses to over 1000 company employees. A move to Dacorum Borough Council in 1997 enabled Sally to secure £5 million from the European Social Fund with which she developed an award winning business academy, training and supporting 2000 small businesses in Hertfordshire.
Sally has run her own business training consultancy since 2000, which she ran alongside her work with charity Action for Market Towns, and the East of England Development Agency (EEDA). On their behalf she coordinated an advanced network for local decision makers from over 100 towns, delivering support, training and networking opportunities. She designed and managed two pioneering grant programmes to fund the purchase of twelve socially worthwhile community assets and has supported many community partnerships and town teams as they make the transition to become social enterprises.
Sally believes her unique professional experience enables her to bridge the gulf between the public, private and voluntary sectors. She has the ability to engage with businesses of all sizes and spends every waking hour talking and working with retailers from myriad cultural backgrounds.
Sally has been a member of the Mayor of London’s Special Advisory (SAT) Team since 2012 and currently works to regenerate towns and high streets for many London borough councils.
