Camden
Retail Revival supported the Camden and Islington Public Health Programme by engaging with 6 convenience stores close to schools, Euston Station and Kings Cross Station in Somers Town. Each store received an audit and action plan to help them make improvements to reduce their overheads, increase their turnover, improve their business aesthetic and improve the health of their customers. 4 shops received a grant to buy fruit and vegetables and display stands to trial the sale of fresh produce in key hot spots to reduce the sale and advertising of unhealthy food and drinks. The team worked with schools and developed a range of recipe cards and healthy eating shelf wobblers.
Client: Camden Council.
