Buckinghamshire Business Support Programme

In 2023-2025 Retail Revival was commissioned by Buckinghamshire Council to design and deliver a programme of support tailored to meet the needs of high street businesses across the whole county.

After a period of face-to-face research and business engagement 230 businesses from 15 towns participated in the programme for an average of 8 hours each.

We provided:

– A bespoke online portal with 20 pre-recorded webinars for businesses to watch at any time to help them use social media, improve their online presence, respond to reviews, buy, sell and price goods and services, dress windows and employ and motivate teams.
– 1-2-1 support with a team of 12 business advisors expert in legislation, employment law, marketing, website development, business planning, finance and grants
– 10 group workshops covering event management, marketing, business film school and visual display.
– Free resource hire for businesses to borrow filming equipment, display props, gazebos and signage for event test trading and plotter cutters for signage.
– A grants programme to provide 50 businesses with £1k to increase their turnover and reduce their overheads.
