Buckinghamshire Business Grants Programme

Businesses participating in the 2024 Buckinghamshire Business Support Programme were invited to apply for up to £1k to grow their business, reduce their overheads and increase profits. Retail Revival designed and managed the grant programme, hosting the guidance notes and application form on a bespoke project portal, screening the forms and overseeing the scoring criteria and administration processes.

As part of the wider business support programme Retail Revival worked with independent high street businesses to help them create a business plan which prioritised actions for growth. 50 businesses then received support to fund these actions.

Projects included complete refits where we created mood boards, designed new interior layouts and colour schemes before using our shopfitting and decorating experts to complete the refits at night to reduce business disruption. Bespoke signage, menus and props were purchased and installed to better meet market needs. 5 shops received updated, high performing websites and 3 purchased specific software for their business needs. New technology included flat screen televisions to host shop catalogues, audio visual equipment for film making and even a dog cam for a pet shop to make canine TikToks!
