Research, Consultation and Reporting

We carry out research and consultations for local authorities, private developers and BID partnerships to:

• Understand the needs, concerns and issues facing local businesses
• Understand the social, environmental and economic performance of towns
• Provide baseline data with which to measure the impact of interventions
• Measure visitor and shopper satisfaction
• Understand community feelings about local issues
• Support the re-balloting system for Business Improvement Districts

We use face-to-face surveys, interactive consultations using vacant shops as a base, online surveys and focus groups.
